7 eco-friendly travel tips to reduce your carbon footprint

As we learn more about our impact on our planet, it is evident that we face almost certain danger if we fail to address climate change and preserve our planet. This is why we often express in our Eco Mag , our opinion on a more sustainable way of life in our daily life.

Whether you’re flying to a remote island or exploring your own neighborhood, there are so many ways to help save the environment.

TURN OFF THE LIGHTS

This is probably the easiest and most obvious green travel tip to do: Turn off the lights when you’re not using them. There are a billion people in the world who live without electricity, and if you’re reading this, I’m guessing you’re not one of them and can adopt more eco-friendly travel habits. . You can think of it like this: every minute of wasted energy corresponds to the emission of a portion of CO2 released into the air.

 Many people around the world don’t have the luxury of having water coming out of their tap conveniently like we do in the West. It’s a no-brainer when it comes to living an eco-friendly life.
